Deleting your account permanently removes associated data and cannot be undone.
Important: Please make sure you no longer need your account data before continuing with deletion.
Delete inside the app
- Open MirrorOutfit and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Enter Account & Security.
- Select Delete Account and follow the prompts to confirm.
Delete by email request
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to support@huanzhaung.cn.
- Subject: Account deletion request - [your phone number or registered account]
- Include: your nickname, registered phone number or email, and any details that help us verify the account.
- Processing time: usually within 3 business days.
What will be deleted
- Your profile information, login identity, and related account records.
- Your wardrobe items, uploaded garment content, and styling history.
- Your AI try-on history and generated results associated with the account.
Some limited anonymized logs may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, but they will no longer identify you personally.
